Maddie started her career in the kitchen at Can Can Brasserie and uses her culinary background to create cocktails with her signature style and flair. At the vacation themed Southside restaurant Little Nickel where Maddie is heading the bar program, you can be transported to faraway destinations when enjoying dreamy cocktails such as Skinny Dip and Treasure Island.
We will be featuring two cocktails from Bartender Takeover event in our April cocktail menu all month long:
Walk The Plank - Virago Ruby Port Cask-Finished Rum, smoked raspberry Bergamot tea syrup, applewood tincture, hellfire bitters
Tiki Shirt - Virago Four-Port Rum, turmeric lemongrass syrup, ginger, sour OJ
Maddie is donating all of her tips from the event to the Richmond Autism Integration Network (RAIN).
