Josephine tends the bar at Rappahannock Oyster Co., a restaurant known for its oysters, drinks, and providing a comfortable yet elevated dining experience. She prides herself in creating unique and thoughtful cocktails. Josephine strives to introduce stimulating new ingredients to the existing beauty of classic drinks. Every drink is a riff on a riff and she wants her interpretations to capture a balance of knowledge and passion.
