Gaelan crafted these cocktails exclusively for the event and we will be featuring Lotus Flower and Wolf At The Door in our October menu:

*Wolf At The Door
Virago Four-Port Rum, Virago Coffee Liqueur, banana and cinnamon syrup, angostura bitters
*Choli Ke Lychee
Virago Four-Port Rum, Oloroso Sherry, mango lassi, simple syrup, lychee, turmeric, orange & tiki bitters
*Plum The Depths
Virago Ruby Port Cask-finished Rum, Amontillado Sherry, plum juice, lime juice, hazelnut & cocoa nib orgeat (contains molasses), tiki bitters, saline
Gaelan is donating all of his tips from the event to Safe Bars RVA, a DC-based program that trains hospitality staff and management to identify and handle sexual aggression, harassment, and assault specifically in places where alcohol is served. They partnered with YWCA Richmond, Hanover Safe Space, and USBG Richmond to create the Richmond chapter. Gaelan says this cause is very important to him as a manager with a strong female presence among his core staff. Virago Spirits will be matching his tips 100% to double the donation.
