Vendor Information

Participation is open to artisans creating original art. Categories of art accepted are paintings, drawings/illustration, photography, sculpture, pottery/ceramics, wood, leather, glass, metal, jewelry, and fiber. We will not accept applications for mass produced items, dealers, middlemen, or manufactured items.

Each vendor must provide their own display racks or tables and chairs. Vendor set up time will be 9:30-11:30am on April 28th. Vendors must remain set up for the entirety of the event.

Space is limited and the event is is a “rain or shine” event. NO refunds will be issued due to inclement weather. Vendor spaces will be allocated on a first come, first serve basis. The majority of vendor spaces will be designated inside the distillery and enclosed patio area. If demand warrants, we will add vendor spaces in our parking lot. All spaces will be approximately 10x10'.

By submitting an application, you hereby discharge, release and hold harmless, Virago Spirits from any manner of action, suits, damages, or claims whatsoever arising from any loss or damages or claims to the person or property.

Your application will be reviewed within 24 hours of submission. If you are approved to participate you will receive a payment link to submit your $50 vendor fee within 48 hours.
