After 16 years of mixing cocktails with 9 to 5 jobs, Craig spent the last five years solely focused on craft cocktails full-time, including 2 years in NYC. Craig’s passion for great tasting personalized cocktails, a memorable customer experience, and a thoughtfully paired meal make him a lifelong artist. He’s excited to contribute to the growing cocktail scene in RVA. The Shaved Duck Restaurant is a New American style restaurant, located in Midlothian’s Westchester Commons. Featuring a craft cocktail bar and menu created in a scratch kitchen, with a blend of international influences.
