This month we have, our rum Old Fashioned, Milk Punch, and the Love Bird with fruit juices and Campari. Our featured bartender Craig Gordon of the Shaved Duck has created two signature cocktails for our February menu — Captain’s Order #804 which is his take on a classic Grog. His Painkiller features our Port Cask Finished Rum, fruit juices and cream of coconut. The tasting room is open Thursday, 3-7 p.m.; Friday and Saturday 3-9 p.m.; and Sunday 12-5 p.m.
